The situation was further complicated by the fact that the call requesting a flight came at night, and there were no available aircrafts with medical equipment onboard. In addition, there were no qualified personnel in Almaty with a Schengen visa.
We decided to transfer the HEAVY JET Bombardier Global 5000 to Almaty from Europe. We transferred the medical personnel and equipment by regular flight from Moscow.
The flight was completed successfully, and the patient was met by doctors and transported to a hospital from the VIP-terminal of the Geneva airport..
Thanks to the efficient flight, the patient was saved. Now, she uses the services of VIP GROUP for touristic purposes.
